Wash & Wax Unit:


Wash & Wax UnitThe Wash & Wax Unit is enclosed with an easily accessed divided collecting tray with outlets fitted for both washing and waxing operations. One wash nozzle and soft brushes gently wash the fruit. Flicker bars agitate the brushes to shake off excess water. As an option fruit may also pass over foam rollers to further remove excess water. The fruit then proceeds through into the waxing section. Spray nozzles spray the fruit while the soft brush rollers aid in the total coverage. 

Wax is dispersed via a diaphragm pump and coupled with a timer may be electronically regulated for different grower requirements and to keep wax wastage to a minimum.



Hot Spray Unit:


Wash Spray UnitBeing able to wash & spray your fruit without excessive handling, aids in the gentle handling of your fruit, at the same time increasing productivity.

The Wash Spray Unit is totally enclosed with an easily accessed divided collecting tray with outlets fitted for both washing and spraying operations.

One wash nozzle and soft nylon roller brushes gently wash the fruit. Flicker bars agitate the rollers to shake off excess water.





Drying Tunnel:


Drying TunnelFruit is transported through the Drying Tunnel on PVC rollers. The rollers automatically turn the fruit while in the Drying Tunnel allowing the heated air to totally engulf all pieces of fruit.

The variable speed roller conveyor allows the flow of fruit to proceed at a compatible pace to other machines on the fruit processing line.

On a single drying tunnel one fan forces air into the tunnel over a LP gas burner. In a double tunnel 2 fans and 2 burners feature. Burners are fired up with an easy start switch and maximum oven temperatures maybe set from 35 to 45 C. Cleaning and maintenance has been made easy with the hinged lower cover tray.
